The 1st Meeting «Interrupted Cities» fostered debate on the current situation of urban developments which were implemented during the real estate boom and that currently stand in oblivion. Scars in the outskirts of the city, their sole purpose of profit draws the thin line that distinguishes them from pure Land Art.
